Please complete all the information in this withdrawal form. We will process your form upon receipt; please note this may take up to two weeks, and during that time you may receive PSA communication. We will use your 'bham' email address to confirm you have been fully withdrawn from the programme.

The Personal Skills Award is part of Careers Network, which also offers the following services: generic and tailored careers advice and guidance in your College; application, CV and interview support; work experience bursaries; alumni mentoring; employer fairs and employer presentations on campus; support with job searches; advice on further study; entrepreneurship and innovation programmes and support; and much more.
