You, or someone you know, may be experiencing difficulties and may be unsure about where to find help. The University has produced a series of self help booklets which provide practical advice and support for a range of issues that may be affecting your sense of wellbeing.

About the Self-Help Guides

Written by clinical psychologists, the guides provide suggestions for simple ways in which you can begin to make positive changes.  Studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of high quality self-help materials in the treatment of mild to moderate psychological problems.

Accessing the Self-Help Guides

The booklets are accessible, easy to use and short (20 - 30 pages).  Each booklet is also available as an audiofile.
