Using BOXI reports can help you manage your own data quality leading to easier End of Session processing.

Log into BOXI via https://boxi.bham.ac.uk/BOE/BI/ – click on the Documents tab to access reports.

Useful BOXI reports 

Modules and Component Marks

These reports can be used to ensure that all your module mark data is up to date and correct before exam boards and ART calculation, and they are located:

Public Folders / Banner Documents / BIRMS students / Modules and Component Marks

  • Component & module marks grid
  • Continuous assessment summary
  • Extensions, lateness and notes
  • Module marks grid (Single academic year)
  • Module marks grid (multiple academic years)
  • Results grid (Multiple academic years - no ARTs)
  • Results grid (Single academic year - no ARTs)
  • Results summary with no ART (list style)

The following statistical  reports are also available:

  • Distribution of module marks
  • Module statistics

End of Session processing

These reports can be used to help you ensure all end of session processing has been completed, and they are located:

  • Final ARTs summary by student ID and name
  • Pass list
  • PGT degree classifications (page per student)
  • PGT results grid (Multiple academic years - automatically calculated degree classifications)
  • PGT results grid (Multiple academic years -manually entered degree classifications)
  • PGT results grid (Single academic year)
  • Results sheets
  • Results summary (list style)
  • Students marks & final ARTs (non-finalists)
  • UG degree classifications results grid (automatically calculated)
  • UG degree classifications
