Izza's tote takes top prize
Earlier this year, we asked current UoB students to get creative and design a new tote bag to mark our 125th anniversary.
The lucky winner would see their design, capturing life at UoB, on sale as well as bagging themselves £125 worth of University merchandise.
Massive congratulations to student Izza Zaiton Izman whose pastel depiction of Aston Webb and Old Joe beat dozens of submissions in the Food Fellows’ Tote-ally 125 competition! The bag is now on sale in selected outlets.
The design
“I’m absolutely thrilled to be chosen as the winner!’ said Izza. “I’m really happy with how the final design looks.”
Izza’s design has been reproduced on premium tote bags made from 100% recycled materials and is now on sale now for £6 at the Fellows Coffee Shops in the Bramall and Library, Muirhead Cafe and Costcutter at The Vale.
