Panopto: Service disruption

Updated: Monday 5 October 12.45pm - Panopto have confirmed that the problem should now be fixed, however if you have any ongong issues please contact the IT Services Portal.

Panopto is currently experiencing a service interruption. This is affecting performance of their website, video playback (including through Canvas), search functions, recording and uploading, and other features of Panopto software.  

Panopto are investigating; it looks like there are ongoing issues with requests to the Panopto EU Cloud. You can see updates directly at the Panopto Support Site.
