When can I come to the UK after my visa is issued?
The date that your visa will be valid from will be shown as the 'valid from' date on your eVisa (digital immigration status).
You should only enter the UK to begin your studies on or after the 'valid from' date on your eVisa. If you enter the UK before your visa start date, you may not have the Right to Study (RTS).
If you have entered the UK before your visa start date, please contact the International Student Team (IST) as soon as possible so we can advise you on your Right to Study and the appropriate next steps.
