Can I appeal the decision?

If your student visa application is refused, you must inform the International Student Team as quickly as possible by submitting an image of all the pages of your Visa Refusal Decision Notice together with images of all the documentation you submitted with your visa application to visarefusals@contacts.bham.ac.uk. Once the International Student Team receive this information, they will advise you further.

An administrative review is a Home Office procedure which allows you to challenge a decision to refuse a student visa application. Your Visa Refusal Decision Notice should state whether you have the right to apply for an administrative review and provide a link to the online application process.
