Can you post a statement or letter to me?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a postal option for letters. The University now uses an electronic self-service system via Gradintelligence (Gradintel).
We strongly recommend using the share function on Gradintel rather than printing. This is because:
- Gradintel verifies documents directly with the University
- Recipients can be confident the documents are genuine and tamper-proof
Alternatively, you can download the letter. Please note, downloaded letters will not include the electronic certificates that confirms data with the document is accurate.
If you completed your studies before 2002. Gradintel will not hold your records, You'll need to request a pre-2002 Proof of Study letter via the Online Shop. This letter will be sent to your by the University via email.
