What if I wish to complain on behalf of someone else?

No concerns or complaints from third parties will be dealt with under this Code of Practice.

The Codes of Practice, Policies and Guidance documents that apply to you, as a student, will depend upon the year in which you started your studies, this is referred to as Cohort Legislation and is explained further here on our Codes of Practice website.

Correspondence will not normally be entered into with third parties, except in exceptional circumstances, and only with the signed authority of the student.

Except in exceptional circumstances, the letter confirming the outcome of consideration of a concern or complaint will be sent only to the student.
