What happens after I reserve a place?
After you reply to your invitation you should receive a confirmation email to the address you provided when replying to the invitation in the Student Gateway. Please make sure that you receive this as without it your attendance has not been confirmed. You may need to check your Junk folder in case the email has been redirected there. If you haven't received your booking confirmation within 48 hours of completing the form please email graduation@contacts.bham.ac.uk.
We will email everyone who has let us know that they plan to attend a Degree Congregation to confirm when the exact date and time of your Degree Congregation will be available to view in the Student Gateway.. This email will also contain information about how to prepare for your graduation ceremony, including how to book your gown hire and photography, allocation of tickets and how to let us know if you have any access requirements.
