Gradintelligence: How do I change my email?

There are a number of ways you can get your account linked email in Gradintelligence changed.

If you have not yet activated/recovered your account and no longer have access to the account linked email address indicated by the hint, when trying to recover your account through the Gradintelligence Account Recovery page, please get into contact with us by clicking the "Contact Us" button below, and include your full name, date of birth, your emergency contact and/or home address whilst a student with us, and we can get your email changed.

If you have been able to access your account and wish to change your email address, you can do so by logging into your Gradintelligence account, clicking on the cog icon in the right corner of the top menu bar and selecting the User Settings option. On the Settings page, click the edit icon near your email address.

You can then enter your new email address, confirm it and enter your current Gradintelligence account password. Once you click the Send code button, you will be asked to enter the confirmation code which is sent to that new email address. Once you click Save, your account email will be updated.
