Prepping for your exams

As you’re probably already aware, the main summer assessment period is running from Saturday 4 May - Saturday 1 June.

To make sure you’re feeling ready, ensure that you’ve checked off the following things:

Have you seen your exam timetable?

Your exam timetable is available to view on the MyUoB app, which you can access on your phone and on desktop.

If you experience any technical issues with your timetable, please contact the IT Service Desk via phone (0121 414 7171) or via their website. If your issue is non-technical, get in touch with your School Office.

Exam start times and venues

If you’re having in-person exams, please ensure you know where your exam will be held which will be listed on your timetable. Further information on where to find exam venues.

  • All morning exams start at 9:30.
  • All afternoon exams start at 14:00.

Please ensure you arrive at the exam venue at least 20 minutes before your exam is due to start, this is to make sure you’re seated in a timely fashion and for you to hear the exam announcements.
