My Details will be unavailable between Monday 29 April 17:00 and Tuesday 30 April 10:30 (UK time) to allow for essential system maintenance. Please do not try to update your personal details overnight between Monday 29 April 5pm and Tuesday 30 April 10.30am, as your data may not be saved.

During your time at UoB, you may need to update your address, change your phone number, update your emergency contact details or make other changes to your personal information. 

Use My Details to easily and conveniently update and manage your personal information. My Details is an online self-service platform that you can access from any location and at any time. 

You need to log in using your student username and password - not your email address. Your student username (sometimes called ADF username) is the part of your email before the @. So if your email is abc123@student.bham.ac.uk, your student username is abc123.

It’s your responsibility to keep your personal details up to date including your personal email address(es). If we don't have accurate and up to date contact details for you, we won’t be able to communicate important information to you.
