Getting started with programme leadership

This workshop will guide participants to identify the varied dimensions of programme leadership and the programme leader role, and support them to plan specific future steps in the development of their own knowledge and skills, as well as the development of their own professional networks to support them in their role. The workshop is appropriate for current programme leads, or staff who may be taking up programme leadership in the future. Programmes may be within an academic/discipline context, or within a professional context.
