Feedback literacy in students is often noted as an area of concern by academics. In this zoom session we will identify what feedback literacy is and its importance in supporting students’ academic development. You will have the opportunity to discuss with peers how feedback can be planned into learning design for your modules. Whilst looking closely at the how, when, and why of good feedback. You will have the opportunity to explore different methods to support the development of feedback literacy in your students and be introduced to the digital tools available that are designed to support you to do this.
**Please note that this session is for anyone who teaches at the University of Birmingham, but is not open to externals.
Should you have any questions or queries in advance, please contact Gemma Westood, Marjorie Collaco or Tristan Gower.
