PGR Monthly Supervision Record
It was previously communicated that a new online Monthly Supervision Record (MSR) form would be available from 1 September 2026. Please note that the launch of the new form has been delayed and will now go live on 1 October 2026.
Until the new online form is available, PGRs and supervisors should continue to use the GRS2 form throughout September 2026 in accordance with the current monthly supervision process.
