A new chapter for our student wellbeing support
For the past five years, Pause@Uni has been an important part of the University's wellbeing support, helping many of you from around the world take time out, connect with others and focus on your wellbeing.
As we continue to develop and strengthen our wellbeing services, Pause@Uni will come to an end on 31 August 2026. We'd like to thank everyone who has been part of the service over the years, whether by attending sessions, sharing experiences or helping to create such a welcoming community.
From September 2026, a new and enhanced drop-in wellbeing service will be introduced, building on the support already available to students. More information about what this will look like and how students can get involved will be shared in the coming weeks.
There are also some improvements taking place to The Wellbeing Lodge itself, which will get a refresh during August so that it can continue to be a comfortable and supportive environment.
While this work is taking place, all Pause@Uni drop-ins will run from the Library Lounge throughout August, every Tuesday and Wednesday 11:00 - 17:00.
