Meet our Targetjobs UK Undergraduate of the Year finalists
Congratulations to our four finalists of the Targetjobs UK Undergraduate of the Year!
These students went through at least three rounds of an application process, demonstrating their skills and achievements, and made it to the final 130 students out of over 4,700 applications.

The Undergraduate of the Year Awards were set up to celebrate the UK’s best undergraduates. Being the best means combining academic excellence and the ability to pass a series of challenging assessments with good written and communication skills as well as the interpersonal skills to shine in assessment centres. Each award is partnered by a prominent employer who provides a fantastic prize for the winner, which could include a paid internship, a trip abroad or other exclusive opportunities. This year’s thirteen winners were announced at the Grand Final on Friday 21 April at East Wintergarden in Canary Wharf.
Saba, winner of Undergrad of the Year 2023
Saba Shahzad was recognised even further by being selected the winner of the targetjobs Undergrad of the Year sponsored by Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Saba won the award out of nearly 500 applicants across the UK.
