Sprint into university life

Making the transition to university is an exciting time but it can also bring its challenges. It is easy to feel overwhelmed with such big life changes. One way to help centre yourself is through exercises to focus your thoughts on where you are and what you want to achieve. To help students transition, the University has launched the SPRINT Project. 

Using techniques adapted from sport psychology, the SPRINT Project, run by the University of Birmingham, has developed a series of online resources to help us all to improve our resilience to challenges, stresses, and periods of change.
