Aston Webb Student Hub closures

The Aston Webb Student Hub is home to a wide range of student support and administrative services. From Monday 18 September to Thursday 5 October 2023, the reception area will be closed for refurbishment. 

Not to worry though, as you can still access key services by visiting the Welcome Registration Hub marquee (open Mon-Fri from 09:00-16:30) located on the Green Heart lawn (next to the Main Library). Please check your Welcome Timetable for more information and the services available. 

Remember that the Student Help is an online platform where you can find answers to a wide range of questions including access to support services and FAQs. You can also use the ‘Contact us’ buttons on individual pages to submit an online enquiry that will automatically direct you to the appropriate team.

From Monday 9 October, the Student Hub will then go back to its place as the primary focal point for you to obtain information, advice, guidance and support services.
