If you have a temporary need for exam adjustments, due to a temporary (expected to last less than 12 months) injury/ illness or personal circumstance you should discuss this with your schools Welfare Tutor(s)/ Wellbeing Officer(s) at the earliest opportunity.
In most cases you will be required to provide medical evidence in support of your request to the Welfare Tutor(s)/ Wellbeing Officer(s) recommendation of the temporary arrangements.
Where appropriate your Welfare Tutor/ Wellbeing Officer will make a recommendation and will support with appropriate adjustments where agreed.
