Please note: all our workshops are subject to a minimum registration requirement. If this is not met the workshop will be cancelled and you will be offered a place on an alternate date.
Workshop description
Learn to create an ORCID profile for yourself that is recognised in academia and grows in value as your career progresses. Link it to your University of Birmingham Research Portal webpage (stored and managed in Pure) to increase your discoverability. Add details about your research project, list any outputs you have and distinguish yourself from others with similar names.
- Identify your research outputs (posters, slides, blog posts, as well as any journal articles).
- Create an ORCID profile and add outputs.
- Link with Pure to make your portal page visible and more discoverable.

Early career researchers and PGR students who have published a little or are about to publish.
